Do you offer custom designs?
No, we don’t offer custom designs at the moment.

How long will it take to receive my order?

What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns & exchanges if any damage occurs during shipping. Replacement should be claimed within 3 days of delivery. Unboxing video is a must for replacements.
Product has to be shipped back in unused and in its original condition, to receive a replacement.

How do I care for my jewellery?

What should I do if my jewellery is damaged?
If your jewellery arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will guide you through the process of returning the item for repair or replacement. Unboxing video is a must for replacements.
